In the aftermath of the war Aquienos society returned much to its prewar state. Shortly after victory was claimed by the allied forces return from the final battle in the starsea, the Praetor Council voted to end the state of emergency and dissolve the Emergency Committee which was established on the outbreak of war. With the end of the war many of those famous heroes who were so instrumental to the course of the war left the Armada in search of fresh adventures.

Shortly after the dissolution of the Emergency Committee, a new political body, the Advisory Committee, is established. Similar in composition to the Emergency Council this body acts as a forum for the other fleets to bring issues to the political table, although never given legislative powers, the importance of this committee grows over the years, and any motion put through the Praetor council without the support of the Advisory Committee generally causes tension in the other fleets of the Armada.
